How we handle your information

What we collect
Your Snapshot answers, and the details you give us to receive your result: full name, work email, mobile number and job title, plus an organisation code if you used one.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track you across websites. It counts visits, pages and referring sites in aggregate.
Why we use it
To produce your result and recommended path, and to send it to you. If 10 or more colleagues respond, to produce a group result for a verified sponsor in your organisation. If you agreed, to tell you about our programs and events.
Who sees it
You see your own result. Our team sees it so we can follow up. Your employer never sees your individual answers: a group view needs 10 or more respondents, and breakdowns are shown only for groups of 5 or more.
Where it is kept
Snapshot data is stored securely by Cader Group and kept for 24 months, then deleted. We may compare results in anonymised, aggregated form; this never identifies you or your organisation.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to marketing, at any time by writing to info@cadergroup.com.
