Why it exists
Access to AI tools is not the same as using them well
Generic demos rarely carry over to a person’s own tasks. Working on a real task, and timing it, does.
What participants will be able to do
01
Use AI on daily tasks, with prompts that work02
Check and correct AI output before relying on it03
Know which data never goes into an AI tool04
Time a task before and after, and record the methodOutputA timed before-and-after on each person’s own task. The 1-day version adds 3–5 ranked tasks and a group estimate of time saved.
Measured againstTask times logged beforehand, against times with AI, checking included.
