Founders and in-house teams build AI ventures, and face an investment decision
Two tracks: founders end at demo day; teams inside organisations end at an investment committee. Every team passes three evidence gates in 12 weeks.
New ventures need evidence at every gate, not attendance
Each gate is a go or no-go decision on evidence. AI is built into every gate, not taught as a separate strand, and the program ends in a decision to fund, pivot or stop.
Three evidence gates, then the decision
Two tracks: entrepreneurs, for student and early-stage founders; intrapreneurs, for teams building a new product, service or business line inside an organisation. Designed and set up, or designed and operated by Cader.
What the program asks of you, and how it is assessed
Assessment
A go or no-go at each gate, on evidence. Ventures are followed 30, 60 and 90 days after the decision.
What it asks of you
The teams, a program owner, and the decision audience: investors and partners for demo day, or an investment committee.
Editions
Education Edition for universities; Government and Enterprise Editions for in-house teams.
Certificate
A Cader Group certificate, awarded only when the program’s output is produced.
